Fabricated from 316L stainless steel, 3D printed flow reactors are a flexible tool for high pressure and high temperature flow chemistry applications. In cooperation with our partner Innosyn, Chemtrix supplies a range of standard 3D printed metal flow reactors, suited for process development and kg production. Scale-up to production is enabled through customized 3D printed flow reactors.

 

3D-Printed Flow Reactors

Reaction Types:

  • A+B → P1 + C → P
  • Throughput: 12.5 to 200 ml/min (up to 12 kg/h)
  • Volume: 1, 2, 4 & 8 ml modules
  • Scale-up to larger volumes for production
  • Wetted Materials: 316L stainless steel

Metal Reactors

  • High temperature applications (-100°C to 300°C)
  • High pressure applications (<100 bar)
